At Dimple Web Services, we strive to deliver high-quality digital solutions. Since most of our services are custom-built, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.


1. Service-Based Refunds

  • Custom Projects (Web Development, CRM, Design, etc.): Once work has commenced, payments are non-refundable, except in cases of non-delivery or failure on our part to meet agreed project specifications.

  • Digital/Consulting Services: These are non-refundable once delivered.


2. Advance Payments / Deposits

  • Deposits made to start a project are non-refundable as they cover initial planning and resource allocation.


3. Cancellations

  • A project may be canceled by the client at any time with written notice.

  • In such cases, the client will be billed for the work completed up to the cancellation date.


4. Overpayments & Duplicate Transactions

  • Any accidental overpayments or duplicate charges will be refunded in full once verified.


5. Payment Disputes

  • If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us first at contact@dimplewebservices.com before opening a dispute with PayPal or your payment provider.

  • We aim to resolve all disputes amicably and quickly.


6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in cases where:

  • The client fails to provide necessary information, materials, or approvals on time.

  • Delays are caused by third-party providers (e.g., hosting, domain, payment gateways).

  • Service delivery is affected by factors beyond our control.
